The five day working week could be a thing of the past. As flexible working is on the rise and people realise that the standard nine-to-five, Monday to Friday is not the only way to be productive, there are other options becoming apparent. Joe Munns from Bakedin has run his baking kit company on a four day week from its inception. His staff working longer days, four days a week, with a three day weekend and he finds that it increases productivity and decreases burnout and staff turnover.
