For this week’s Mindfulness Monday as part of Mental Health Awareness Month we are looking at the benefits of exercise to your mental health. When working from home it is much easier to be more sedentary that you would be in a office setting – no walk to the canteen or local café at lunchtime, no wandering to a colleague’s desk instead of sending an email and no walk from your commute transport. But one of the real benefits is that you can be deliberate in your commitment to exercise and do an online class before work in your old commute time or squeeze a trip to the gym in at lunchtime.
